Enigin - We All Profit With Integrity
It is great to be involved with a company like Enigin whose by-line is “Profit With Integrity”.
That may sound a little corny but I can tell you it’s true - Enigin PLC want to profit and the want their Distributors to profit but then they want the clients of their Distributors to profit – hey, it’s one big profitable family!
Seems odd as every business relies on taking money from it’s client to prosper - the deal is the customer gets what he wants, which is usually product. But Enigin primarily do not sell product, yes they have products which you can buy and touch and feel, but in reality they mainly sell solutions - which you cannot get hold of physically.
The EnergyMaps program which is at the core of what Enigin and their Distributors offer is not in a box – it’s a range of actions and events, that involve products at some stage, but which help the end user to have more money in his coffers.
Through energy surveys, audits and common sense Enigin Distributors start to save the end user money pretty quickly, then by bringing in the Enigin Product Eniscope and installing it’s related dynamic software they can begin to make serious energy savings after another audit based on readings over a period of time.
After those studies other product can be introduced to help to automatically and intelligently provide energy saving controls in many areas.
So there is product but only as part of a whole solution. The solution costs money, the products cost money - from these sales Enigin and the Distributor makes money, so how does the end user “profit with integrity”?
From the energy savings made, often with the added bonus of less wear and tear on equipment and appliances, produce a lower utility bill, meaning rather than paying the money you have into the utility companies bank it stays in yours - it adds to your bottom line, it secures jobs, it secures the business, it helps with tightening budgets and above all it makes sense and we all profit.
Even the utility company benefit as they want their consumers to be more energy efficient so they do not have the huge capital expenditure of building more power generating stations.
