Enigin - How do we all profit
Everyone needs to profit, whether it is financially, or mentally. In whatever we are doing, no matter why - people need to profit. Whether it is something for somebody else, we will profit somehow. It it is financially - business needs to profit, customers need to profit and staff needs to profit.
Without understanding that all involved in situation, business deal, sale or employment in general need to profit, you won’t have a business that profits with integrity - as Enigin PLC does. For a business manager or owner to profit he must run his business with integrity.
That will result in ensuring his employers will profit. Whether, again, it be financially by wages and the businesses doing well, of simple job satisfaction. And then next in line, of the employers are benefiting they will work with integrity, they will feel the want and need to use integrity with their customers. This will result in the customers profiting!
But it all works in a circle. Although all can profit, none can profit without the other. So we must all learn to have integrity, and with that integrity we can all profit.
